This product is an automatic and active fire extinguishing device. The fire ball can be used in residential areas, villas, electrical equipment, household storage of flammable liquids and substances, welding and gas welding locations, gas equipment cabinets in homes, museums, libraries, warehouses, gas stations, cars and places with high risk of fire.
STRUCTURE
The sphere shell is made of foam, spherical in shape, covered with PVC film printed with the manufacturer’s brand and the sphere’s specifications. Inside contains dry powder and an explosive block placed in the center of the sphere. In the explosive block is placed a cluster of ignition wires attached around the sphere shell.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
When exposed to fire, the fuse ignites and activates the explosive inside. This results in the opening of the device casing, accompanied by an audible sound (80 – 115) dB, which is an additional signal to notify the user of the location of the fire to find a suitable on-site fire extinguishing method. After the destruction of the foam casing, the extinguishing powder is released in the fire area, inhibiting the development of the fire and extinguishing it.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
– Before installation, make sure the ball is intact and not dented. Install the device within a radius of (10 – 30) cm where a fire may occur. The closer the fire extinguishing device is installed to the fire, the faster and more effective the fire extinguishing ball will be.
– Can be used in residential areas, villas, electrical equipment, places where liquids and flammable substances are stored in the home, places where gas and gas welding are used, gas equipment cabinets in the home, museums, libraries, warehouses, gas stations, cars and places where household equipment is at high risk of fire.
WORKING MODE
– Automatic mode allows the device to be installed within a radius of (10 – 30) cm from the location where a fire may occur
– The device will automatically activate the working mode when it comes into direct contact with the fire.
– Manual working mode – The user throws or rolls the fire extinguishing ball into the fire (only applicable to type A solid fires).
ATTENTION
Points to note when using.
– Do not use the fire ball in a way that is not intended for its function;
– Do not use a crushed or deformed fire ball;
– Do not use other methods to extinguish the fire;
– Do not disassemble the product in any form or arbitrarily change the internal structure of the product;
– In case the fire extinguishing powder gets into the eyes, wash the eyes with clean water;
– Do not puncture or arbitrarily hold the fire extinguishing ball in your hand to burn it;
– The fire extinguishing ball contains dry powder extinguishing agents. The powder agents are not toxic, but can irritate the skin.
Storage and transportation
– The ball is placed in a dry, airy place, avoiding places where direct sunlight shines on the product. If placed outside, it must have a roof.
– The paper box containing the fire ball is stacked on a wooden platform or plastic pallet in the warehouse. The platform must be at least 0.2m higher than the warehouse.
